The company Espace Graphic suffered from a lack of space in its former rented premises.
This company carries out high quality prints and took the opportunity of the order of a specific printing machine to consider the erection of a printing works which will belong to them.
Mr Colson awarded the execution of this building to Mr Motté, Lindab Builder A2P Ingénierie, and worked in close collaboration with him for its design.
The office part, an open space of 265 m², leans on the production hall of 780 m².
In the production area, the absence of intermediate columns allowed ergonomic internal layout of machines.
The specificity of this building, located in Ecuelles in the Paris area, takes place in the office part: combination of a black Sinutec wall with a Tresca facing that shows a wooden appearance. Another appealing detail: a pediment resting on « green-yellow » architectural columns.
A2P Ingénierie paid great attention to the office part, because Mr Colson appreciates welcoming his customers, which are mainly pharmaceutical laboratories.
