Flexible building in Russia:

From a Luxurious Conference Hall to a Sports Hall

This sports hall was built by Vektor, an authorized Builder from Bugulma town, Russia, in 4 months.

The customer, Tatneft oil company, needed a new building to hold a traditional summit of Tatarstan oil companies. Vektor, together with architects office from Samara and Lindab Buildings engineering office from Yaroslavl developed quite an interesting project – multifunctional building, that initially was used for the summit, and then – as a sports hall.

The customer liked the idea – and as a result, a comfortable hall with an area of 760m² with mezzanine was constructed. The roof is DSR LMR600 with the insulation 200mm thick, walls are sandwich panels. Erection of steel structure was done in 1,5 months – a week ahead of schedule!

The customer was satisfied with the building and offered to take part in another competition. And again, thanks to Lindab Buildings engineering office, Cyprion and architects from Samara, Vektor got another order to construct a new sport hall!
