Chocolate manufacturer Schaal recently sold a huge building plot, located in a key area close to Strasbourg (France), to the real-estate company S.C.I. Constellation. The objective was to develop a new Business Park “Porte du Sud. S.C.I. Constellation, responsible for the park planning and construction, selected Lindab Builder Eiffage Construction Strasbourg, to construct the various buildings on the park.
All Lindab buildings meet the following criteria: good geographical location, flexibility and good quality architecture, as shown in the following examples:
Three office buildings, all with a similar architectural style, were constructed for their tenants: Chocolate Institut, Würth Industrie France and Facen. The buildings, including the interior layouts, sanitation facilities, etc, were customised by Builder Eiffage Construction Strasbourg according to each client’s needs. They are characterised by sober and elegant lines. Each is 32,06 m long, 24,56 m span and has a built-up roof.
In the second example, the office part is MSB, while the production and storage area is a 1,600m² SSB dedicated to the packaging of teas and tea plants for the company Herbapac. This is an ultra-modern plant planned for a capacity of 300 tons per year, with four production lines.
