Skanska Inneklimat has been responsible for the installation of the ventilation system with BRa VVS Konsult in Kalmar as the ventilation consultant. Skanska Inneklimat has chosen to install a Lindab Safe duct system in the
property, which is owned by Skanska Öresund,as well as chilled beams, heating panels and supply and exhaust air diffusers from Lindab.

To manufacture and sell mobile phones in 2010 is becoming more a matter of optimally combining technology and content. Sony Ericsson’s vision is “to become THE communication entertainment brand."
This is without doubt one of the reasons Sony Ericsson is now gathering its IT operations within Mobile Communications at the brand new 9,000 m2 Forskaren building at Ideon Science Park, Lund. Naturally the demand for a good indoorclimate is considerable, but also heading up the list of requirements is the flexibility to make future changes. An indoor climate system from Lindab easily fulfilled these demands.
“Sony Ericsson wanted to have a flexible floor plan and be able to change the room layout as needs change,” says Tommie Öhman, BRa VVS Konsult, who was responsible for the design of the ventilation system. “In the property’s offices and other rooms we have placed Lindab Professor chilled beams and RS14 diffusers in such a way that you can easily change the layout without affecting the indoor climate. By designing the duct system with a rectangular loop line on each floor and connecting all the beams and diffusers to this, we have been able to place the pressure drop over these and thereby avoid balancing. For heating we have used Lindab Atrium, whichare located in the ceiling all along the building’s windows.”
During the design work BRa VVS Konsult made use of Lindab’s TEKNOsim in order to calculate and choose the right beams.
