Three-storey building with parking
GasOil Engineering company specializes in analysis, study, conception and completion of natural gas and crude oil projects. Because of its constant expansion, the business decided to complete a new, more spacious head office, reflecting its brand and its market position as much as its requirements for quality and modernity.
Intended to house 180 engineers and other employees, this three-storey building with parking covers an area of 3,910m² and was designed by the building owner who was personally involved in this project in collaboration with the architect Mr. Abongi.
Aware of the technical nature of this project and the level of quality required, Mr. Marian Siska turned to his friend from Lindab Builder Hornex, Mr. Rosenberg, to meet this challenge. The good cooperation of the client, the architect, Lindab Builder Hornex and the design office allowed maximum advantage of the benefits of the construction process of the Lindab multi storey building.
The choice of steel fully complied with the demands of the architect, who wished for great architectural freedom, as well as light and transparent materials. Moreover, the speed of assembly of the components and the flexibility of steel helping the implementation of all requirements of GasOil Engineering, has made it an indispensable material for the project.
Sustainable construction, the lightest possible thanks to optimized design of floors using a minimum of steel and some concrete: the basic criteria have been met. The approach to the internal layout consisted of studying a cross between an open-space shelf, exclusive and discreet work areas, and finally meeting places, while making available to each employee a natural source of light for best working conditions. This is made possible by the use of a beam lattice support for different mezzanines.
Everything has been done to make this project to be considered modern.
The clean lines and open spaces associated with a generous use of
glass and wood contribute to creating a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere.
