Located on the ZAC of Plan de Campagne (France), the largest shopping precinct of France, this building, with an area of 670m², was erected by Primanova, Builder in Marseille.
Architect and General Contractor, he designed and erected this building for one of the investors of the site who then leased it to a Franchisee of the Gautier Group, manufacturer and distributor of design and contemporary wooden furniture.
This Lindab building, built in a seismic zone, fully respects the RT2005 (local regulation). The outside wall are made of LPA panels, except for the architectural entrance made of Promline 80mm sandwich panels, while the roof is made of LR panels. A floor with hollow-core slabs of 20cm is installed on about half of the area.
