The entire construction program for this processing plant for a Polish supplier of hop for the brewery industry in Europe was completed within 7 months by Builder Maxform. Chmiel Polski gets a quick construction solution to its 4,100m² production plant hop processing plant in Suchodoly near Lublin (Poland).
The main building is an asymmetrical modular building divided into a freezing and cooling section and a storage space for the pre-manufactured hops. The inside sheeting of the cooling and freezing area is sandwich panel type.
The building has 31 smoke vent units controlled pneumatically. Some additional structures connected to the building area wing unit of 287.5m², a shelter of 67.8m²) and a canopy covering some docks on the whole length of the longer side wall. The roof panel is LMR 600. The most characteristic and quaint feature of this building is a technological tower with dimensions of 16m x 16m and height of 21m.
4 months were necessary for erection and the building was completed in less than 7 months to the great satisfaction of the client.
