The adventure began with a long-standing friendship between Jean-Pierre TENEDOR, CEO of TENEDOR Group and Patrick LOCHE, Managing Director of C.I.R.
A mutual trust grew between the two men as the years went by, and, since 1985, Mr LOCHE conducted several operations for TENEDOR Group, including a first Lindab Building while C.I.R. was not yet a Lindab Builder.
C.I.R. joined the Lindab Builder network in 1993 and put a lot of itself into the automotive environment: Renault, Opel, Chevrolet, Mercedes, Audi – that happened to be one of the buildings of the month in 2001. All these references helped C.I.R. to develop this mutual trust with TENEDOR with the erection of new car dealerships: Opel-Chevrolet-Toyota in Epernay in 2009 and, last but not the least, Opel-Chevrolet-Toyota on the site of la Croix Blandin, in the area of the “automotive city” of Reims, where not less than 10 brands have already settled since 2009.
On this field of 21,500 m², this 2 levels brand-new, bright building of 6,000 m² (125 m long x 46,20 m wide) – offers pleasant areas to welcome customers and staff: two showrooms of 1,200 m², two workshops of 550 m² each and a space dedicated to the bodywork of 930 m², all built in 9 months.
The asset of C.I.R. is to know how to create turnkey buildings meeting all requirements of its customers and, in this particular case, those of Mr TENEDOR.
From sketches of preliminary project to green spaces, going through structure and technical lots, C.I.R., thanks to Eric SIMON, foreman, was able to complete this project and gave total satisfaction to this loyal Lindab customer.
