An essential component in organisational success is employee engagement. As part of our strategy we encourage all employees to participate in our annual employee satisfaction survey.

 

Highlights from our latest survey:

  • 85% understand how their work impacts on the organisation business goals and strategic activities;

  • 85% have a good working relationship with their line manager;

  • 80% are satisfied with job-related training;

  • 87% feel safe at work

  • 89% agree that the organisation operates in a socially responsible manner; and

  • Considering everything 77% of employees are satisfied with the organisation.

In addition to celebrating our successes from the survey we identify key drivers that we can prioritise for further development in the aim for continuous improvement. 

 

Improvements as a result of employee feedback:
