CADvent
Technical Support is offered on a "Pay-per-issue" basis. Here's
how it works:
1.
Once you have identified a need for technical support, download and
unzip the forms contained in the CADvent_Support.zip file (see below).
2.
You will note that the *.zip file contains two forms:
- CADvent_support_request_form.doc:
This form allows you to provide sufficient documentation to the CADvent
support team in order to resolve your issue. Send the completed form
as an e-mail attachment to CADventhelp<at>lindabusa<dot>com
- CADvent_support_creditcard_authorization_form.pdf:
This form allows you to provide necessary billing information to Lindab
in order to complete your request for technical support. Print, complete,
sign, and fax the form to Lindab at (630)241-4765.
3.
You will be billed $65 for each support request.
Your credit card will ONLY be charged upon successful resolution
of your support request. In the event that your request is the result
of a "bug" in CADvent, your account will NOT be charged.
