When a plot right next to lake Mälaren in Sweden was for sale, Stefan Almersson and his wife took the chance.

- We had been looking for a lake plot for many years and when this plot came on the market, there was nothing to think about. We started building in March and were able to move in February the following year. Together with a construction company, we have built the house from scratch and adapted it to our needs.
